It's days like this that I start aching for the homeland.
Idaho Falls is a special place on the Fourth with its
jam packed parade, delicious barbeques,
and massive fireworks show.
Enid hardly compares. Shocking, I know.
The Fourth just isn't the same without homemade bombs
and Brady's illegal fireworks.
Here are some people I miss today...

ReplyDeleteWe went and watched fireworks in the field across from our apartment and thought of you guys! Missing you always! Also, Sheryl and Deann let us crawl through the window of their apartment to get to the roof. They share a room with matching twin beds and bedspreads. I thought you might enjoy that bit of knowledge :)

DeleteWe weren't able to be in Idaho Falls for the 4th either. I may or may not have cried a little while watching Ogden fire works because it was so not as cool as Idaho Falls. I totally understand!

ReplyDeleteWhy did you ever let me wear that shirt or get bangs? Yuck! I really missed you guys and the Spencers yesterday, it just wasn't the same without Jake and Taylor's inapropriate behavior, the cops showing up, or creepy jokes about your old lady neighbors who, thanks to Mrs. Spencer, we now know are more like college roommates rather than college sweethearts! If you know what I mean? Wink wink ;) . I can't wait for our next reunion! Let's plan it now! Go! Shauna?
