Monday Nights
Monday nights for me usually consist of girly television, an easy meal and lots of wasted time... Tonights meal? Asparagus and Pasta Roni. I love love love asparagus and if you have not tried it, you really should! It's soo easy and tastes great. I have learned that the best way to do it is with olive oil and a bit of kosher salt. Stick it in a 400 degree oven for ten minutes. When it's done, drizzle it with a bit of Balsamic Vinegar Reduction (boil vinegar with a bit of sugar until it's thick and syrup like) and it's delish.

Asparagus is so yummy! My mom cuts it up and sautees it in butter.. Not so healthy, but so yummy. That sounds awesome too!
